EMINENT COSMETICS POLICY

Store Policy

Eminent Cosmetics is open Tuesday-Saturday.

​

Tuesday-Thursday 10am-4pm.

Friday & Saturday 10am-5pm.

​

Order Pickup Times Are 11am-3pm.

​

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before orders can be picked up in store. 

You will receive an email when your order is available for pickup.

​

ALL orders MUST be picked up within 7 business days from date "Pickup email" Is received. 

Orders that are not picked up will be restocked and no refund will be admitted. 

​

 


Shipping, Return, & Exchange Policy

​

All orders ship within 5-7 business days. 

​

Eminent Cosmetics is NOT responsible for any products that undergo climate changes, such as, frozen or separated products due to hot or cold weather. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

​

All products should be stored at room temperature before usage. 

​

Free shipping on orders over $150

​

Once tracking number is provided, any lost or stolen packages is beyond our control. Please contact your local post office for any missing or stolen packages. All orders are insured up to $50. 

​

Eminent Cosmetics is NOT responsible for incorrect address information. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Be sure to double check email adress is correct when checking out.

ALL sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Booking Policy

​

DEPOSITS:

When booking your appointment you will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total fee that is due the same day of your appointment in cash. There are no refunds on services. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are for the day you booked, and will only be allowed one re-scheduling day. We need at least 2 days notice in order to qualify for rescheduling.

 

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW:

â—¦ If you cancel any appointment less than 48 hours prior (2 days) to your appointment, your security deposit becomes your cancellation fee.

â—¦ If you 'no show' to your appointment without giving any notice, the card on file will be charged 50% of the value of the service total.

 

LATE POLICY:

â—¦ If you arrive 15 minutes late, there will be an automatic late fee of $25 added to your balance. More than 15 minutes late, unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay a new deposit to rebook. We take multiple clients a day (back to back) and need the full amount of time for each appointment.

 

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS:

 

IF YOU NEED TO BOOK A SAME DAY APPOINTMENT, PLEASE TEXT ME BEFORE BOOKING TO ENSURE THAT I AM AVAILABLE TO SERVICE YOU. 

  • Same day appointments: +$55

  • Holiday appointments +$75

NO GUESTS:

â—¦ NO guests or pets are allowed (State guidelines are strictly followed) only the client that’s being serviced is allowed in the salon.

 

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

â—¦ DO NOT consume alcohol, caffeine products, take painkillers or any blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, Niacin, 48 hours before your procedure, this will cause bleeding and may affect your results)

â—¦ No Retin A skincare products

â—¦ Cosmetic botox or fillers should be done 3 weeks prior or 2 weeks after.

DO NOT BOOK MICROBLADING OR LIP BLUSH SERVICES IF:

• You are under the age of 18 (Identification will be required)

• Pregnant or nursing

• Diabetic (doctors note is required)

• Have history of keloids

• Healing disorders or uncontrolled high blood pressure (doctors note is required)

• For any Autoimmunity Disease (doctors note required)

• Epilepsy

• Taking blood thinning medication

• Have viral infection and/or diseases

• Undergoing chemotherapy

• Eczema on the area of procedure

• Using Accutane
